Communication was inconsistent and unreliable. I was told multiple times that I would receive updates by email or phone — I never did. I had to repeatedly chase the office for information. I was reassured everything was fine even though my renewal had been flagged.

When the renewal was denied, no one notified me. I found out only because I called to follow up. When I asked to speak with my agent, Dave, I was told he was unavailable.

Insurance is meant to provide security, peace of mind and clarity. Instead, this process felt disorganized and stressful. I would advise others to consider this carefully before working with this office."
